- Campsite guests get 15% off menu pizzas at Daddi's Pizza next door; there is also a 24/7 honesty souvenir shop.[1][2][3] (checked 2026-10-28)
- Nearest grocery store is Krambúðin in Reykjahlíð next to the N1 petrol station (about 5 minutes); the Vínbúðin liquor store in Reykjahlíð opens weekdays 16–18.[6][2] (checked 2026-10-28)
- There is no playground on site; the nearest is in Reykjahlíð next to the school.[6] (checked 2026-10-28)
